How We Work

Everything you need to know about your dog’s stay:

 Before your dog arrives:

• We will ask to meet up with you and your dog to make sure that everyone is happy (and mainly your pup).

• Fill in the Booking Form which we will provide with as much detail as you can, especially the section where I ask about your dog’s routine.

• Send a photo’ or scan of the vaccination card. 

• If I haven’t encountered your breed before I will do the research to uncover what I need to know about your dog’s natural behaviours and needs.

• We will book a trial night.

When your dog gets here:

• Your dog will be exercised as required, we will discuss what’s appropriate for her/him.

• I will feed your dog with the food you bring or I can order or cook food as you specify. Please discuss for pricing.

• Your dog will not be left alone at any point.

• I provide enrichment activities such as puzzles and scent work, focusing on the natural preferences of you dog’s breed and temperament.

• I will provide updates during the stay and photo’s, if you would like that.

• I will give you an end of day report. If you dog is staying for more than 2 days, I will update you only with any health or behaviour issues to keep you informed and will give you a Boarding Report when you collect your pup'.
